The dining room is outfitted with a classical glass dining table, 6 wood-framed and upholstered mid-century chairs, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, luxury travertine flooring, and a low-hanging crystal chandelier.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is a chef's dream to cook in. It includes Kitchen-Aid appliances, a double oven, an induction stovetop, granite countertops, a custom Faber range hood, and custom cabinetry. There is a blender, kettle, ice maker, and service for 12. Watch the Chef at work from the large counter with 4 comfortable chairs for additional dining. We supply coffee, sugar, basic oils, and spices.

The Bedrooms

The Primary Suite
Sleep in luxury on the king-sized rich wood platform bed with designer modular end tables, plantation shutters, a ceiling fan, and an elegant grey armchair with an ottoman. The room has French doors that open up to the large pool room, with views of the gorgeous pool deck and Intracoastal. The bedroom is spacious and has a smart HDTV for streaming your favorite movies and shows. The Primary bedroom has an en-suite luxury bathroom with a large walk-in closet.

The 2nd bedroom has a hotel luxury wood-framed king platform bed, dressed in soft luxurious linens, and sits on a natural woven Boho rug. There is plenty of closet space, a ceiling fan, modern industrial framed end tables, and a smart HD T.V. for streaming.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen wood- platform bed with a high modern white headboard with superior linens and a comfortable mattress. The room has plenty of closet and dresser space. There are two large glass-based lamps, end tables, a ceiling fans, and light artwork.

The guest apartment is located up a set of stairs from the pool deck, with a separate entrance. It houses a comfortable queen bed, 2 modern black end tables, 2 USB lamps, a large dresser, a smart streaming ROKU HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette with fridge, stove, and utensils.

The Bathrooms
The Primary en-suite bathroom sits off the bedroom with a luxury platform bed with a high modern white headboard, superior linens, glass-encased shower with multiple jets. Enjoy the large walk-in closet.

The 2nd bathroom sits between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with a single granite vanity, pearled large mirror, and step-in glass encased tub/shower.

The guest apartment bathroom sits off the bedroom and kitchenette. It has a step-in shower.

Living Room
The spacious living room is designed for you to lounge in comfort with a large couch, 2 wood Indonesian-designed lounge chairs, a large smart HDTV, a large smart HDTV, and 2 rustic coffee tables with a (non-working) fireplace. The large open-plan living room lies next to the kitchen and entrance to the pool room. There are gorgeous views of the pool deck and Intracoastal, and direct access to the pool deck from the living room.

The Pool Room
There is a full-sized pool table in this large space, with newly laid vinyl flooring. The room is large and spacious, with a lounging chair and direct access to the pool deck and the master bedroom, through the French dividing doors.

The Laundry Room
There is a large capacity washer and dryer with all the detergents and cleaning products needed. There are two stacks of beach towels, a beverage cooler, an additional smaller fridge and an ice maker at the wet bar, and a small sink.

The Office
The office is a private space for remote workers or students. A desk, chair, and printer, make it convenient to work comfortably. There is also a small table with bench seating, overlooking the pool for your coffee breaks or a game of chess.

The Outdoors
Outside is truly a tropical oasis. Enjoy ample outdoor seating under the fully covered canopy and a string of romantic lights alongside the back of the house. There is a large heated (by request and daily resort fee), 2 upholstered lounge chairs, and a canopy pergola, which covers additional outdoor seating with a fire pit. The dock contains a 7000 lb. boat lift. No fixed bridges are heading out to Lake Worth & Ocean. 100 ft of frontage.

Extras
There are beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to take to the beach. Have hours of fun with some board games.

LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES
OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY
KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS
START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to
have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 27y/o to be able to book the property.

- Planning to host a special event, work meeting or other special occasion. Let us know
and we are happy to make recommendations.

Check-in is from 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

We do allow for 1 dog with a non-refundable pet fee of $500. No cats are permitted.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
