The house is spacious with 4 comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, and 2 seating areas. The outside is a highlight, with the heated pool, outdoor sun- loungers, BBQ and covered dining area. A great family getaway experience!
The Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has comfortable queen bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bedrooms has great pool views from the window.
The 2nd bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds, a few toys, a pack n play, and colorful linens for the kids. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with bedroom 3.
The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed with a super-comfy mattress, and plenty of closet space.
The 4th bedroom has it's own bathroom right outside the bedroom door. This bedroom has easy access to the pool deck and 2nd seating areas.
Additional amenities include bedside reading lights, luggage racks, and baby items such as high chair, pack-n-play and also a pool safety fence for the pool perimeter upon request. Enjoy soothing coastal color themes throughout, and wonderful tropical plants in the yard! Driveway offers parking for up to 2 large vehicles. (Please note that the owner leaves one car in the carport all year round)
The pool may be heated by request for a charge of $20/ day. Please ask us in advance if you would like to have the pool heated prior to your arrival at the property.
Things to Note:
Check in starts between 4 PM and 10PM.

Max 2 dogs allowed, No cats. Please pick up after you pets and dispose in sealed bags in the outside trash bins and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced. We charge a non-refundable pet fee (based on breed & size of pets). Should there be any damages caused by your pet which exceeds the pet fee, you may be charged additional.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
