THE MAIN HOUSE (Sleeps 6)

THE FLORIDA ROOM

The living room showcases vibrant personality and thoughtful design, featuring a queen sleeper sofa, two statement armchairs with matching poofs, and a large smart TV for streaming. Beautiful artwork, coastal décor accents, curated coffee-table books, and battery-operated candles within the decorative fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings.

DINING AREA

A charming dining table for four is conveniently positioned between the living room and kitchen, allowing for easy serving and effortless entertaining—perfect for casual meals or evening wine nights.

KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. It includes stainless steel appliances, an electric stove and oven, fridge with ice maker, Ninja blender, toaster, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for 8 guests. Choose between a Keurig or traditional coffee maker and enjoy meals indoors or poolside.

THE OUTDOOR OASIS

Your private backyard oasis awaits. Enjoy a sparkling blue pool (heating available upon request, additional fee may apply) with optional safety fencing. Lounge beneath twinkling string lights on the trellis-covered deck, dine outdoors at the table for 10, or relax under the covered patio with ceiling fans. Lush tropical landscaping creates a peaceful, resort-style escape—yet you’re just minutes from CityPlace, downtown West Palm Beach, and the waterfront.

THE GUEST HOUSE (Sleeps 2)

Privately tucked behind the main house, the guest house features its own entrance—perfect for couples or added privacy. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with royal blue vanity and step-in shower, dresser, hanging rack, smart TV, and a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and in-unit washer/dryer add extra convenience.

PARKING

Private driveway parking for up to four vehicles.

LAUNDRY CLOSET & SUPPLIES

Laundry is located in the guest house and includes a stacked washer and dryer with all detergents provided. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner, broom, and a stick vacuum for both the main house and the guest house.

Things to Note:

Must be 25 or older to book.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

NO SMOKING in the house.

The house is NOT pet-friendly. Guests will be fined if there is a pet.

We do have a pool fence that we can put up upon prior request for the pool. Please note there is no alarm on the doors, and there have been no other child-proof provisions made at the home. Please watch small children and infants, and please no running throughout the house. Thank you!

Rates

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
