This home is the ultimate family or group getaway. It has everything you need, and as a bonus, it is only 3 blocks away from the intra-coastal waterway. The house is furnished by an interior decorator and we are SURE you will love the stylish, Bohemian-beachy décor. Just a short drive to Lake Worth Beach and the Lake Worth Golf Club. Pet and kid-friendly, with a large yard and space to run around. 
The house has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths: 
The Bedrooms & Bathrooms
1- King bed & en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The room has a ROKU TV for streaming and access to the outdoor pool deck. 
2- Queen bed & with an en-suite bathroom, with a tub and shower. There is direct access to the pool deck and lovely views from this room. There is a desk in the second bedroom that can be used as well for your convenience.  
3- Two full beds with plenty of closet space, with a bathroom across the hall.  
Living Room & Dining
There s seating for 8 in the large living area, with a flat-screen smart TV. In addition, there is a large dining table with seating for 6, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for 3. 
The Kitchen:
The kitchen is full fully equipped with everything you need. There is a drip coffee maker and service for 8- 10 guests. 
The Outdoors: 
There is TONS of outdoor space with a heated (by request) pool, Tiki bar, gas grill, outdoor dining table w/ seating for 6, wood-powered fire pit, lounge chairs, and multiple types of fruit trees including mango, avocado, banana, papaya, cherry, and kumquats! Yum!
There is lots of parking at the house. The driveway has space for 2 cars, and the garage is available to be used for 1 car.  
A washer and dryer are also available with all the detergents you need. 
NOTE: We have security cameras set up outside by the front door and backyard to monitor the outside areas of the house for added safety measures for guests.   
Other things to note  
Check-in is from 4pm -10 pm ONLY. 
UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUEST'S DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK .THE HOT TUB IS RIGHT NEXT TO OUR NEIGHBOR'S BEDROOM WINDOW. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.ABSOLUELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.  
-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.  
Please note that there is an additional charge of $15 per person per night after the 7th guest. Thanks!

Lake Worth is a very quirky, diverse, quaint and historic area. The house is in an up and coming neighborhood, and very convenient to get to the intercostal and Lake Worth Beach. Tons of great shops and restaurants abound in downtown Lake Worth, just a few blocks from the house. Delray Beach is another great quaint little town to explore, just a 10-15 minute drive South. West Palm Beach is also about 10-15 minutes to the north.
