It has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a group of 4 guests. There is a small glass dining set for 4, an intimate living room with an oversized bean bag chair, and a sleeper sofa with a full-sized mattress, which is perfect for kids to share. Enjoy special moments together in this space, watch the 65" Fire TV, or play games. The guest house also has a desk and chair for remote work or learning. The guest house has a separate main entrance on the street as well.

Help yourself to the mangos from the large tree lining the backyard fence!

THE EXTRAS

There is an adult bike and helmet, guests are welcome to explore the friendly neighborhood. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the laundry room. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, and all the detergents you need. The living room has a Bose Bluetooth speaker. There is a strong WiFi connection in the main house and the guest house. Coffee, basic oils, and spices are provided. We provide paper consumables, mini Nest shampoo & conditioner.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

WE REQUIRE A COPY OF ALL ADULT DRIVER'S LICENSES.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

Check-in is at 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

We do allow up to one small dog under 20 lbs with pre-approval, and a non-refundable pet fee paid. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets.

- There is a RING doorbell camera, and two RING outdoor cameras in the backyard areas. All for our guest's security.

Lance and I have traveled to over 20 countries and we have both always shared a great love for travel and adventure. We have stayed at Airbnbs all over - riding camels through the Sahara in Morocco, jumping through fire at a full moon party in Koh Phi Phi in Thailand, and visiting castles in Germany. We met amazing people along the way and after using Airbnb in cities all over the world, we noticed that it was sometimes stressful for owners to get to the rental in time for check in, to provide supplies like paper towels and soap, and to generally keep in touch because of their own busy work schedules and personal lives. This experience led to the idea of starting our company. We understand that people today are busier than ever, and greatly value their own free time. Our goal is to give property owners peace of mind, while providing excellent service for their guests. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
