The Bedrooms:
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each featuring comfortable beds. The first bedroom includes a queen bed and a new HD smart streaming TV. The second bedroom offers a full-sized bed and stunning pool views. The third bedroom serves a dual purpose, easily transforming into a tranquil office space with a brand new Pottery Barn twin trundle bed. Connecting these rooms is a custom-built walk-in closet, offering ample hanging space and equipped with yoga mats, free weights, and other amenities. -ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.
- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.
Check-in is at 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.
We do not allow pets.
- There is a RING doorbell camera, and two RING outdoor cameras in the backyard areas. All for our guest's security.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
