THE BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 features a King sized bed with a white & blue coastal theme, an en-suite bathroom with shower, a HUGE walk-in closet, rich hardwood flooring, and large 65 Inch Smart TV. 

Bedroom 2 lies off the dining room with a Queen bed with Rattan Headboard & eye-catching Pineapple Painting. En-suite bathroom, Smart App TV, and French Doors open directly to the pool deck. 

Bedroom 3 features two twin beds with coastal dark blue accents and a white & blue wicker rocking chair. The French Doors open directly onto the pool deck. The room also has a Smart App TV and a rustic woven rug.

Bedrooms 4 & 5 are the perfect "Mini" suite for families with kids. Bedroom 4 has a Queen platform bed with an upholstered dark grey headboard, a large 55" Smart TV, a tasteful desk and chairs for remote working/ study, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Just off the bathroom is Bedroom 5, a playful room with bright greens, catching palm tree artwork, and a Trundle bed for 2.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1 is located in the Primary Bedroom, with original tiled flooring and warm brown & white vanity. 

Bathroom 2 is located in the 2nd bedroom with a shower. Decorated with rustic boho bath mat and decor. 

Bathroom 3 is a full guest bathroom with a shower located off the family room and between bedrooms 3 & 4. 

LIVING SPACES

As you enter the home, you are welcomed with the brown tiles' richness, the creams' warmth, and a modern beach house theme. Beautiful artwork, fireplace, 65" Smart App TV, Sofa with an armchair, and accent wood & gold furnishings bring it all together. Brightly lit from the large windows and freshly painted white walls. The living room sits at the entrance to the left and leads onto the dining area. 

The Family Room is on the other side of the kitchen with large French doors and windows with direct views of the pool deck. The room has a large 65" Smart TV, Queen Sleeper sofa, rocking armchair, and bar stools at the kitchen bar window. The room is friendly and inviting with games like Chess, Monopoly, Uno, and playing cards. There is also a small side bar area. 

THE KITCHEN

The classic kitchen with loads of counter space, stainless steel Maytag kitchen appliances including a double door refrigerator and electric range oven, filter coffee maker and plenty of cupboard space. The counters are slabs of unique granite. There is a direct door to the outside pool deck. 

DINING AREAS

Enjoy the soft warm rays of sun coming into the classic glass table with 8 dining chairs and direct views and access through the French doors to the impressive outdoor pool deck and magnificent resort-style pool. The dining room features an incredible modern light fixture the will impress! Close to the kitchen, the dining room is spacious and perfect for family meals. 

THE OUTDOOR OASIS

Private pool deck with a glistening heated pool, large built-in grill, and outdoor dining for 6 under a tropical-designed umbrella. Surrounded by palms, this home is truly a tropical oasis.

LAUNDRY

There is a laundry room off the Family room with access to the garage. There is a large capacity washer and dryer, and all detergents are supplied.

The home is nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood but close and convenient to the intercoastal, beaches, shopping, dining, and nightlife. The house is south of Southern Blvd and east of Olive Avenue. Just a block from the Intercoastal, a 10-minute drive to Palm Beach Island, the beaches, Worth Avenue & downtown Rosemary Square.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
