Then there is a private living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, smart streaming TV, personal desk and chair, 4- seater dining table, fully equipped small kitchen, with service for 6 and an en suite king (2 twins together) bedroom.

PARKING:

There is parking for two cars in the driveway. Take note the driveway is very narrow. There is additional street parking.

LAUNDRY CLOSET & SUPPLIES

The laundry room is just off the kitchen area. There is a large capacity washer/ dryer and all the soaps and detergents you need. We also provide a broom, stick vacuum, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioners.

 

THINGS TO NOTE... 

Must be 21 y/o or older to book.
 
PETS:
Up to one dog allowed - no cats. Guests must pick up after their pets and place waste in the outdoor garbage bins. There is a non-refundable pet fee. Pets should not be left alone in the house or outside overnight. Please, keep pets off the furniture.
