Lots to do, Cornhole, POOL table, games, Beach Cruisers, beach chairs & umbrella. Extra 2 double pullouts. House sleeps 8 -10. Close to shops & restaurants.
The Space:
THE BEDROOMS
The 1st Bedroom has a King-sized bed, Smart App TV and large white dresser. It also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and new vanity. There is a great walk-in closet with a pack n play and sheets as well as inflatable mattress. The TV w/ Fire TV. And TVs are logged in to provide Amazon Video, Netflix & Disney.
The 2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen bed, loads of closet space and coastal décor.
The 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds with closet space.
*All bedrooms have bedside lamps with outlets and USB charging capability.
THE BATHROOMS
The Master en-suite Bathroom has been newly renovated bathroom with step in large shower and vanity. In the vanity you will find the hairdryer.
2nd Bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3. It has a shower & bath combination.
THE LIVING ROOM
The charming house features a comfortable living room area with an L-shaped pullout sofa, two bright royal blue armchairs, glass coffee table and end tables, unique high standing lamp and large Smart App T.V. which have built-in Fire TV. And TVs are logged in to provide Amazon Video, Netflix & Disney. The Living Room sits just off the main entrance and has easy access to the kitchen and garage/ laundry.
THE KITCHEN
Gorgeous warm and inviting kitchen with stainless steel double door refrigerator, electric stove, drip coffee maker (we provide coffee), toaster and all the items you need to cook and serve a delish meal. The kitchen has dinnerware, outdoor dinnerware, glasses and silverware for up to 8 guests. With plenty of counter space, you can cook up a storm for your family with easy service to the dining room.
THE DINING AREA
Enjoy the classic designed wood dining room table right off the kitchen with 6 settings.
THE FLORIDA ROOM
The Florida Room sits off the Living Room. There is direct access to the exquisite patio deck. The Florida Room is a place to have fun and relax. With a large Pool table, games (Monopoly, UNO, playing cards), pull out L-shaped sofa bed and two double doors which open up to the outdoor patio and backyard.
THE PATIO & OUTDOORS
With entrance through the Florida room to the perfect outdoor oasis. Dine/ BBQ on the patio at the 6 seater dining table and umbrella. Or relax in the new 6 seater hot tub. For those chilly nights, enjoy sitting around the gas powered fire pit lounging areas. The space lit up by remote controlled string lights.
*We do allow pets (up to 2 under 50lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible to picking up after their pets. Please try keep off the furniture.
THE GARAGE
The garage houses the washer & dryer and all the detergents you need. It also has 4 new beach cruisers, helmets, bike combination locks, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler for the beach.
Guests have access to the entire home and private backyard.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.
