The space

The Pelican Villa has three private bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests comfortably with a Queen pull out sofa for an additional 2 guests.

The Primary retreat features a large En- Suite bathroom with Rain Shower and Jacuzzi tub. The home has beautifully tiled floors, artwork and décor that reflects the most beautiful birds in a tropical jungle. The pops of blue and yellow throughout the room, along with the wood accents and soft lighting, make this a comfortable and stylish place to relax. The Primary bedroom has a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and two large windows. 

The second bedroom is bright but cozy and features a Queen size bed, two nightstands, decorative light fixtures, and bright and bold accent pieces. This mostly white room has pops of Coral & Teal, beach-themed artwork, and is just steps from the family bathroom.

The third bedroom also has a Queen size bed, high-end linens, and a tropical island décor. A bright blue and green comforter adds style and personality to the room, and a large window allows for plenty of natural light. This room also has a large closet with two banks of drawers.

BATHROOMS
The home has two full bathrooms to make getting started on your day a breeze. The first is the primary bathroom, which has a walk-in rain shower, Jacuzzi jetted tub, elegant vanity area, and hotel-quality towels. The soft sandy color of this bathroom reflects the color of the beaches right down the street! The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo, marble countertops, and beach themed décor.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The impressive open-concept gourmet kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and Smart Fridge, a gorgeous white tile backsplash, custom wood cabinets, and an elevated breakfast bar. Whether you’re storing your family’s favorite groceries in the cupboards or reheating leftovers from Guanabanas, you’ll have all the space and appliances you need to feed your hungry crew.

There are three high top seats at the breakfast bar, creating a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The kitchen flows right into the living area.

Perfect for entertaining, the lounge area features two sofas around a large coffee table great for playing games, a bold area rug across the tiled floor, and a 65" flat-screen Smart ROKU TV on the wall. There is also a formal dining area with a table and seating for eight, a perfect place to enjoy a meal overlooking the pool.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

Rates

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
