The neighborhood is very quiet & beautiful, safe for walking & easy parking. There is a king sized bed in the primary bedroom. The views from the home are second to none, and the sunsets are incredible. Just across Flagler Drive, the home is perfectly located for you to enjoy the peaceful sun, gentle breeze and beauty that surrounds you. This is South Florida living at its finest! Take an afternoon stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy the ample large boats going by then head to downtown CityPlace to grab an amazing meal less than 15-minute drive up the gorgeous scenic waterway road that is Flagler Drive.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
