Upstairs Apartment: (Sleeps 2)
Queen bed, living room area with 2-seater bistro set, smart TV, full kitchenette. Bathroom on the same floor with shower.

Downstairs Apartment: (Sleeps 2)
Queen Sleeper sofa, kitchenette, 2-seater bistro set en-suite bathroom w/shower.

Outdoor Paradise:
Saltwater pool, ample outdoor dining and lounging areas, and propane gas grill.

ACCOMMODATION PRICING:
**IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING GUEST FEES**:

The quoted nightly rate covers accommodation for up to 10 guests and applies exclusively to the main house. Access to the guest cottages is not included and they will remain locked unless specifically rented.

If your party consists of 10 to 12 guests but you'd like to utilize the guest cottages, there's an additional cost of $100 per night per cottage.

For each guest beyond the initial 10, there's an extra charge of $50 per day. The availability of cottages depends on the total number of guests. For instance, if you have a total of 16 guests, you'll have access to the entire property, including both apartments, as you've paid for the additional 6 guests beyond the initial 10.

Extra Amenities:

In the laundry room, you will find a washer and dryer ready to tackle any laundry mountain.

To look your best, we provide hair dryers, irons, and ironing boards.

The living room is filled with books, puzzles, and board games for endless entertainment, and each bedroom and the living room has smart streaming TVs.

Parking: free on-site space, including RVs, boats, trailers, and an EV charging station.

Family Fun: We offer bicycles, pool floats, a pack n play, a large cooler, beach towels, and umbrellas for your convenience.

Rates

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
