THE SPACE

LIVING ROOM
Step into the mid-century inspired space adorned with a wooden dining table that comfortably seats 6, complemented by 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. A striking industrial 4-light chandelier above the table adds a warm glow to your dining experience. Situated conveniently adjacent to the kitchen, it's the perfect spot for effortless service and engaging conversations with the chef.

THE KITCHEN

Delight your hungry crew with scrumptious meals prepared in our fully-equipped kitchen. It features a kitchen island with a stove, electric oven, toaster oven, filter coffee maker, and coffee grinder – everything you need to craft the perfect culinary creations.

THE BEDROOMS

Primary Bedroom:
Find tranquility in this serene bedroom, furnished with a king-sized upholstered platform bed adorned with crisp white cotton sateen sheets and a matching quilt coverlet. Ample storage is provided by a spacious closet and a generously sized wood dresser. Two art-deco lamps add a touch of elegance, and a Samsung smart streaming TV keeps you entertained. For added convenience, the room includes an LED speaker and a USB charging station. Your private retreat, conveniently located next to the bathroom.

2nd Bedroom:
Indulge in this tastefully decorated bedroom, where soft, natural tones blend seamlessly with thoughtfully chosen artwork and a cozy queen-sized bed. Draped in crisp white cotton sateen sheets and a matching quilt coverlet, the bed offers ultimate comfort. 3rd Bedroom:

THE BATHROOM

The main house features one well-appointed bathroom situated adjacent to the primary bedroom, which is shared with the other two bedrooms. It includes a combination tub/shower, a recently upgraded vanity, a stylish mirror, and a modern faucet for your comfort and convenience.

THE GUESTHOUSE

One of the standout features of this property is the detached guest house located at the rear. With its own private entrance, this guesthouse is a charming home unto itself. It boasts a fully-equipped kitchen for up to 4 guests, a cozy glass dining set, and an intimate living area with an oversized bean bag chair and a sleeper sofa with a full-sized mattress, perfect for kids. This space is perfect for making lasting memories, whether you're watching the 65" Fire TV, playing games, or simply enjoying each other's company. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, adorned with palm leaf artwork, a stylish gold full-sized mirror, ample closet space, and a convenient USB charging station. For those who need to work or study remotely, there's also a desk and chair. The guest house even has its own separate entrance from the street, adding an extra layer of convenience.

Step into the backyard oasis, beautifully landscaped with decorative turf and encircled by a complete fence for ultimate privacy. Refresh with the convenience of a private outdoor shower. As the warm tropical evenings descend, indulge in grilling and dining al-fresco at the 8-seater outdoor table, or unwind beneath the enchanting LED-lit umbrella in the outdoor lounge area. Don't forget to savor the mouthwatering mangos from the abundant tree that graces the backyard fence.

THE EXTRAS

Explore the welcoming neighborhood with ease using the provided adult bike and helmet. For beach days, discover beach chairs and an umbrella in the laundry room, which also houses a washer and dryer stocked with all the necessary detergents. Set the mood in the living room with a Bose Bluetooth speaker. Enjoy a robust WiFi connection in both the main house and guest house. Your comfort is our priority, as we offer coffee, essential oils, spices, paper consumables, and mini Nest shampoo & conditioner for your convenience.

Things to Note:

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

WE REQUIRE A COPY OF ALL ADULT DRIVER'S LICENSES.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

Check-in is at 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

We do allow up to one small dog under 20 lbs with pre-approval, and a non-refundable pet fee paid. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets.

- There is a RING doorbell camera, and two RING outdoor cameras in the backyard areas. All for our guest's security.

Rates

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
