Located directly on the waterway, this gorgeous house is the perfect space for relaxing and spending time with family and friends, both indoors and outdoors. The spacious, luxurious chefs kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances.
The house is a perfect family- oriented home with kids books, toys, beach equipment, a pack n play and high chair.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, the Primary bedroom with a King Bed and ensuite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom with a trundle bed and en-suite bathroom and the 3rd Bedroom with two twins and ensuite bathroom and there is an optional trundle bed upstairs in the room with 2 single beds. There is one Queen en-suite bathroom downstairs. All of the bedrooms have automated blackout blinds.
The home is the perfect peaceful environment to relax after a great day at the beach or exploring the wonderful sights and activities in South Florida. The surrounding area is absolutely lovely and the home is very central to all that Delray Beach has to offer, including world class restaurants, nightlife and shopping. You are sure to fall in love with this home!
The dock may be accessed for paddleboarding or kayaking. There is no boat slip.

Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.
UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.
* There are security cameras only on the exteriors of the property and not in guests areas.
Please note that guests staying at the property for longer than a week is required to have a mid-stay cleaning at their cost. We can schedule the cleaner upon request. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
