WE REQUIRE A COPY OF ALL ADULT'S DRIVER'S LICENSES.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 27y/o to be able to book the property.

Check in is at 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Evidence of pets will lead to a fine, and or further cleaning fees.

- This property is not appropriate for small children, no efforts have been made to child-proof the property. Only children 13 years and up are permitted.

- There is a RING Driveway Camera, RING Doorbell camera, and 3 door sensors. All for our guests security.

Why This Property? Lance and I have traveled to over 20 countries and we have both always shared a great love for travel and adventure. We have stayed at Airbnbs all over - riding camels through the Sahara in Morocco, jumping through fire at a full moon party in Koh Phi Phi in Thailand, and visiting castles in Germany. We met amazing people along the way and after using Airbnb in cities all over the world, we noticed that it was sometimes stressful for owners to get to the rental in time for check in, to provide supplies like paper towels and soap, and to generally keep in touch because of their own busy work schedules and personal lives. This experience led to the idea of starting our company. We understand that people today are busier than ever, and greatly value their own free time. Our goal is to give property owners peace of mind, while providing excellent service for their guests.
