The Space
The Living Room
The living room is inviting and spacious. There is a large smart app streaming T.V. with a sound bar & speaker system and Nintendo Switch. There are puzzles, games and books.
The Dining Room
The Dining Room is off the kitchen for easy service and has seating for up to 8 guests. There is a 3/1 high chair (infant to toddler) and baby/toddler bibs/dishes/cups.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! There are stainless steel appliances, large toaster counter top oven/Air fryer, blender, indoor and outdoor dinnerware & glasses for 8, pots, pans, utensils, baking utensils etc. There is a Keurig pod/ filter coffee machine. We supply coffee, sugar, basic oils and spices.
Florida Room
The Florida Room sits off the kitchen with direct access out to the pool deck area. It is completed enclosed with tropical themed furniture, new massage chair. There is also access to the Florida Room through the Master Bedroom.
The Bedrooms
Master Bedroom sits off the kitchen/ dining room area. It has a King bed, lots of closet space and en-suite bathroom with a shower. In the master closet are two beach bags, travel pack n play and sheets and an inflatable toddler air mattress. There is a smart Android TV with streaming apps and a sound machine.
The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with a smart Android TV with streaming apps. There is a personal desk, chair & printer for those remote workers or students.
The 3rd Bedroom/ kids room can ideally sleep 4. There is a large trundle bed with a twin at the top, king at the bottom and twin pull out. The room has toddler toys & books (blocks, car city mat, books) and a small streaming app T.V.
The Bathrooms
The Master bathroom sits just off the Master bedroom. There is a hairdryer, small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
The 2nd Bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 & 3. There is a combination tub/ shower. The bathroom is adult friendly but also kid friendly with a non-slip bath mat, stepping stool & toddler potty. The bathroom has a side door that opens out to the pool deck and outdoor dining table area.
The Laundry Room
There is a large capacity whirlpool washer & dryer in the laundry room and we supply all the detergents and cleaning products needed. There is an extra single door refrigerator & freezer. The laundry room has a mop, broom, vacuum, iron & ironing board.
The Garage
The garage can accommodate one car. There is a locked Owners room in. The garage has one garage clicker (there is a fee for a lost clicker)
The Outdoors
The outdoors is amazing! There is a lovely sized pool with two pool loungers, a dining area for 4 under a large cantilever umbrella. There is a built in firepit area surrounded by 4 chairs overlooking the pool under a canopy frame decorated with romantic string lights. The pool is not heated! We do have a safety pool fence that may be put up for guests with at least 24 hours notice prior to arrival.
For Pets: As mentioned above, please pick up after you pets and keep them off the furniture if possible. There is a kitty litter box and a water & food bowl for your furry friends. The backyard is fully fenced. Please let us know if you need the pool fence to be put up at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. The house is a quick 10 minute drive to Ocean Ridge public beach, 5 minutes to Publix and Walmart and 8 minutes to Boynton Beach Mall. East Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach is a 13 minute drive from the house.

Must be 30 y/o or older to book.
UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.
No events includes any bachelor, bachelorette, or engagement parties, or any work meetings.
Pets are welcome! We do charge a non-refundable pet fee per pet. Fees are based upon breed & size. Cats are welcome but not if they scratch furniture please. We have a kitty litter box and food and water bowl for pets.
**COVID SAFETY**
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners are provided with gloves, masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
-Face masks are required in Florida in public spaces as well as remaining 6ft. apart from others in public spaces.
****IF YOU HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 OR EXPERIENCED SYMPTOMS PLEASE CONTACT US FOR CANCELLATION OPTIONS. THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND STAFF IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE.
We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:
1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.
2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.
3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.
4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use while staying in the homes.
5. We make sure guests have hand soaps in every bathroom.
6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.
7. Indoor trashcans are wiped down with disinfectant wipes/ sprays.
