The Space

When entering the home you are immediately welcomed with a light and elegant beachy atmosphere, with warm hardwood flooring throughout. Decorated classically with woven rugs, simple and chic artwork and classy flair.

The Master Bedroom

Spacious King sized bed with Smart App TV and loads of closet space.

2nd Bedroom

This room features two very comfortable Twin beds with Smart App TV and plenty of closet space. The room is warm & inviting.

THE BATHROOM

The bathroom is shared between the bedrooms. There is a shower and decorative updated gold pieces. an Upright Washer/ Dryer is also in the bathroom.

THE DINING ROOM

The dining room has a gorgeous glass table and rustic base with 6 dining chairs and unique gold chandelier light. The dining room sits right off the kitchen with gorgeous views through the French doors of the pool and spa!

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is fit for the food fanatic. Everything you need to feed your hungry guests. The gas-range stove and oven is a Chef's dream! Large stainless steel fridge with ice maker. Automated Drip coffee maker, Blender, toaster and all utensils you need!

ENTRY ROOM

As you walk into the home you are welcomed by the chic entrance/ Den. Lovely seating area, side bar and stunning teal trims and decorative decor.

LIVING ROOM

The living room had a large comfortable QUEEN SLEEPER Sofa. Large Smart App TV. Guests may log into their own accounts for apps like Netflix etc. 

THE OUTDOORS

There is a large NexGrill BBQ Gas Grill and outdoor Bistro dining table and umbrella in a small courtyard around the side of the home. Comfortable double lounger with umbrella and additional seating. Beautiful resort- style heated pool with small heated spa.

The house is in walking distance of Downtown West Palm Beach (CityPlace, Clematis Street, Kravis Center & Convention Center). Guests are 5 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, 4 minutes from the Brightline, and 3 minutes from the Tri-rail Station. 10 Minutes drive to Palm Beach Island and Beach. 5 Minutues walk to the Intercoastal along Flagler Drive.
