POOL & OUTDOORS
Guests have access to the entire house, including the private pool, deck, and backyard outdoor patio area! The main entrance of the home has large metal gates for extra privacy and is surrounded by lush palms and tropical flora that provides an amazing atmosphere for spending time with friends, family and loved ones. The tropical atmosphere generates the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. In the backyard there is a BBQ grill, umbrella and lovely seating space to enjoy the views of the golf course. Guests may contact the Lake Worth Beach Golf Course to purchase a round of golf. The pool stays heated year around for all guests at a comfortable 91 degrees. Please note that the pool is in the front of the property, not the back. It is covered by tropical foliage which provides privacy and a wonderful atmosphere. There is some open space on the side of the property by the neighbor's driveway. There is also a one-to-two-person private outdoor soaking tub off the Master bathroom.
 
PARKING
There is a two car limit on site. There is additional parking on the adjacent street to the road the house is on.
The home sits on a narrow one-way road.

We have a minimum age requirement of 25 y/o to be able to book the property.
 
NOTE: Additional guests are $30/ per person after 4 guests - this is for adult guests only, not children. *** Please inquire more with any questions.
 
CAMERAS:
Please note that we have security cameras on the premises. We have an outdoor security camera by the entrance as well as one inside in the entry way of the house pointed at the front door.
 
PETS:
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property. Thanks for understanding!

THE RULES: PLEASE READ! 

Failure to comply with these rules below will result in eviction from the home and a $500 fine with further penalties.

Lake Worth Beach/Parrot Cove is a charming, quaint and historic village. However, homes are very close together, which is why rules below are enforced. Home is for a relaxing family/couple/friend's retreat. We hope you understand.  Of course we have a few other properties for your pleasure which are in more remote areas, and sound and music is a not a major a concern. The  Bali House is for a Zen relaxing Palm Beach experience! 
  1. We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind on this property! No loud speakers allowed outside property.
  2. Noise level must be kept down when outdoors between 9pm and 9am please. Neighbors sensitive and will call us about noise. 
  3. Number of guests must be confirmed. Absolutely no additional guests /visitors without permission or disclosure. Additional nightly charge per each unaccounted guest/visitor.  Cameras monitor guest entries.
  4. Security cameras are permanently placed on the outside of the main entrances and the back of the house facing the Golf Course, please DO NOT touch or unplug the alarm or camera's.  It will result in a $500 fee. 
  5. Neighborhood enforces a no loud music neighborhood. House is for relaxing enjoyment of guests whose needs do not interfere with these restrictions.
  6. Absolutely NO SMOKING, HOOKAH or ILLEGAL DRUGS OF ANY KIND anywhere on the property, any evidence and you will be charged the fine above.
  7. Owners have sentimental treasures decorating home from travels, items broken or permanently removed off property will result in fee above. Accidents do happen- we understand. Please inform us if something breaks.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
