This beautiful historic estate is located in a fabulous Intracoastal neighborhood. The Caribbean- style home has lush landscaping and a beautiful saltwater pool providing a resort- style setting with so much to do! The 3900 sqft. home is spacious and accommodating for large families or groups. As you enter the home, you will fall in love with the enchanting beach design, and the fun décor. The main house has 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms in vibrant tropical colors, and 3 coastal designed bathrooms. A 2-story guesthouse offers an upstairs bedroom suite and downstairs studio apartment for extended family and friends. The area is fantastic with a large marina and boat ramp which is close to the house, as well as great restaurants, beautiful beaches and public parks.

Sleeping accommodations:

The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

Master Suite (Upstairs):
This exquisite brightly painted bedroom suite has a luxurious queen-sized bed, smart TV, and a private sitting room with two upholstered armchairs, colorful woven orange poufs, a personal lime green writing desk, and a private balcony with magnificent views of the resort-style pool. There is plenty of closet space, and an en-suite beachy bathroom.

2nd Bedroom (Upstairs):
This fun bedroom is a happy space with a comfortable queen bed, with vibrant turquoise and coral hues. There is a corner reading chair and smart tv. Decorated with coastal throw pillows, and a colorful rug, not to mention our special plush turtle.

3rd Bedroom (Upstairs):
The kids will love this room! Two twin beds sit on a turtle pattern rug with surrounding walls, hand-painted with a magnificent beachscape scene. Sitting between the beds, is a color- washed end table with cute turtle knobs, and a lantern lampshade.

4th Bedroom (Downstairs):
This queen bedroom is uniquely painted in a rich pink. The room is surrounded with windows and views of the pool deck. The 3rd bathroom sits right opposite the bedroom. There is a blush armchair, and smart tv.

The Living Room:
A spacious and inviting space that is perfect for family and friends to gather and relax. The two sofa's can be converted into queen beds. This room is decorated in a coastal charm. Shell artwork line the walls and the room is decorated with bright coral throw pillows, coastal décor pieces of lighthouses and boats. An original 1925 fireplace is the focal point of the room, adding to the homes historic charm.

The Dining Room
The Dining Room is picturesque with it's blush walls, eye-catching low hanging chandelier, timeless wall unit displaying the coastal dining sets, and built in personal desk. The dining table seats 8 guests, with an additional round breakfast table with 4 chairs to the side of the dining room on the enclosed porch. The dining room chairs are upholstered in a vibrant tropical design, and a bar serving cart sits in the corner of the room.

The Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need, and more! From indoor and outdoor dining sets, cooking utensils, bakeware, filter coffee maker, air fryer, slow cooker, Instapot and blender.

The Front Porch:
At the entry to the home, you are invited into a beach-themed space fit with seating areas, sleeper sofa, extendable table with stools and a breakfast table with a coffee station. The whole area is lined with string lights and fully enclosed.

The Private Suites :

There is a two-story guest house on the property, which has two air-conditioned apartments ideal for extended family members and additional guests. The upstairs apartment has a lovely living room with uniquely designed armchairs, small dinette, fully-equipped kitchenette, a queen bed with a smart tv and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The downstairs apartment has a sleeper sofa which converts to a queen bed, a small dinette table set, kitchenette and small en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The Extras:

There is a separate laundry room with a large capacity washer/ dryer. There are hair dryers, irons/ironing board, and a printer. The living room has plenty of books, puzzles, and board games for all ages, There are smart streaming TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. Free on-site parking for cars, R.V.'s, boats/ trailers.. There are bicycles and helmets (multiple sizes), pool floats, a pack n play, 150 qt. igloo cooler, beach towels and beach umbrellas.

The Outdoors

Beautiful, fully private outdoor living space with nighttime romantic string lighting. The resort-style salt water pool can be heated by request and has a child safety fence. Enjoy the tropical scene with cocktails at the Tiki Hut, or lounge around the pool on the sun loungers under the umbrella. There are two outdoor dining tables and chairs, with a propane gas grill and outdoor dinner sets for al fresco dining.

The Location:

Close to beaches, parks, golf, and fine dining. Enjoy town events, green markets, or a show at the historic Kelsey theater. Just down the street, less than 2 blocks away, is historic Kelsey Park with tennis and fitness stations on the Intracoastal. The property is within minutes of Palm Beach International Airport, Tri-Rail, Brightline, marinas and boat tours and rentals, fine dining, high end shopping, museums and Florida wildlife preserves and educational centers. Lovely quiet & safe street with easy access to parks, beaches, marinas, shopping, and dining venues.
