Guest will be able to have access to the whole property. The house access will be through a lockbox, the code will be provided before your arrival.

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No party groups, spring breakers, family reunions, bachelor / bachelorette, birthday, or weekend getaway party's allowed. Responsible party must be 21 or older. We do not allow pets of any kind. Smoking is allowed outside the home only. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the home.
