The Space

This 3 bedroom/4 bath Ft Lauderdale house has been fully renovated as of late 2020, including brand new wood laminate floors throughout, all brand new furnishings and updated ultra luxurious kitchen with gas stove, double oven & wine cooler. There is fast wireless internet, brand new high end mattresses, Smart TVs throughout, with DirectTV in the living room.

King bed in 1 of the bedrooms, and 2 queen beds in the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have an En-Suite bathroom and 1 extra shared bathroom.

The kitchen has everything a chef could desire, with a wine cooler, sub zero fridge, double oven, Viking stove range, Sous vide, food processor, Instant Pot, Kitchen Aid mixer, high quality Riedel wine glasses, and more...

Instantly feel the relaxation when you step outside into the stunning backyard which includes a beautiful private pool, covered patio, plenty of seating and dining space, built in gas grill and grill area for the BBQ enthusiasts, boat dock and 2 relaxing loungers to view the beautiful sunsets overlooking the water. Perfect for a seasonal renter with a boat, families with children or multiple couples.

2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available to explore beautiful canals surrounding the house! As well as life jackets... Guests must use at their own risk and are responsible for any damage or loss.

There is an inflatable bed available if needed that sleeps 2.

The guest has access to the entire property.

Other things to note
There is a fixed bridge near our property so for those bringing boats we do not recommend bringing a boat with more than 7 feet of height.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 32y/o to be able to book the property.

**COVID SAFETY**
 
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners are provided with gloves, masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
- Face masks are required in Florida in public spaces as well as remaining 6ft. apart from others in public spaces.

We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:
 
1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.
2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.
3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.
4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use while staying in the homes.
5. We make sure guests have hand soaps in every bathroom.
6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.
7. Indoor trashcans are wiped down with disinfectant wipes/ sprays.



**We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property. We do not allow more people at the property than are listed on your reservation. This is a family neighborhood and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.
The neighbors are highly sensitive to noise so we also do not allow loud speakers at the property. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home and a $500 fine. If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction.
