Experience this spacious newly renovated space with a modern kitchen, beautifully designed backsplash and stylishly upgraded bathrooms. The home is thoughtfully decorated in vibrant blues, emerald greens and golds with splashes of tropical beach vibes. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with coastal artwork. The screened in patio is the perfect space with outdoor dining and seating, plus a new hot tub below a string of romantic lights. The house sits a few homes down from the lake with access to pier fishing and gorgeous views. 

The Space

The Living Room

The open floorplan is inviting, modern and spacious. The whole family can lounge on two velvet upholstered sofa's decorated in coastal colors and splashes of golds. Enjoy hours of fun with Monopoly, backgammon, chess and Jenga. The living room has access to double sliding doors leading to the impressive screened in patio area. Enjoy the huge window to the front courtyard with a uniquely designed entrance.

The Dining Area

The dining area sits to the left of the living room and just off the kitchen for easy service and has seating for up to 6 guests at the table. There is also a kitchen island with two bar stools for additional seating. There is additional outdoor dining for 4 around a beautiful glass table and outdoor rattan chairs on the semi-covered patio.

The Kitchen

The beautifully upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! There are stainless steel appliances such as a stove, microwave, and a double door stainless steel fridge with icemaker. Extras include a toaster, Nutribullet blender, indoor and outdoor dinnerware, and glasses for 8. All the pots, pans, utensils, and baking utensils you need, plus a hand-held mixer and more. There is a filter coffee machine and hot water kettle. We supply the coffee, sugar, basic oils and spices.

The Bedrooms

The master bedroom has an en-suite private bathroom and walk-in master closet. Enjoy the grey tones and coastal artwork surrounding the walls of the room. The extremely comfortable queen- bed has two end tables with touch USB beside lamps. There is a pull-out white leather sofa and a dark blue reclining massage armchair. There is a 55" HD smart streaming TV. The bedroom also has a sliding door for easy access to the outdoor patio and hot tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a dark grey upholstered headboard and two art deco end tables with teal coral designed side lamps and a large black work desk with chair. There is also a 42" HD smart streaming TV to enjoy your favorite shows. 

The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with brightly colored tropical paintings of palm trees, flowers and parrots. There is a full-size glass topped work desk and chair for remote workers and a teal TV console with a Bali design. There is a 42" HD smart streaming TV to enjoy your favorite shows. 

The Bathrooms

The master ensuite bathroom has a modern rain shower, single upgraded vanity and a bidet.

The 2nd bathroom is close to the master bedroom side and primarily setup for guests staying in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedrooms. There is a combination tub/rain shower and a beautiful wood vanity with gold fixtures. The bathroom also has a direct door to the outdoor patio and hot tub with a curtain for total privacy.

The Garage

There is a large washer and dryer located in the garage and we supply all the detergents and cleaning products needed. There is also mop, broom and vacuum. You will also find 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler to take to the beach. Beach towels are provided in the woven basket located by the main sliders to the patio. We have 4 adult bike cruisers with helmets, bike lock and pump. Guests are welcome to use them.

The Outdoors

The outdoors is truly a treat! There is a lovely 4-6 seater hot tub, a dining area with rattan dining chairs and a glass table for 4, plus outdoor rattan lounge chairs under the semi-covered fully screened in patio with views of the private backyard. The yard has a new hammock, ample space for pets to run around and is fully fenced. There is a gas-powered outdoor grill, and the patio is lined with romantic string lights. 

The Neighborhood

The home is located on a very quiet and safe family-friendly street. Guests can go fishing or enjoy the views of Lake Worth Lagoon, just a 1-minute walk to the end of the road. It's the perfect neighborhood for walking pets or going for bike rides. 

Things to Note:

Must be 21y/o or older to book.

There is an additional resort fee of $25/ day added to the booking for the use of the hot tub facility. 

Pets:

We allow up to 2 pets and charge a non-refundable pet fee per pet. That fee depends on the breed and size of the pet. Please pick up after you pets and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced.
