THE DINING AREA
Enjoy the classically designed dining room for 8 with modern clear chairs and white dining table. Rich wooden flooring and plenty of sunlight. Easy access to the kitchen and living room.
THE DEN/ FAMILY ROOM
This lovely area sits off the kitchen. Breakfast table for 4 and large white leather sofa with ottomon for 4-6 guests with large Smart app TV and cable. Original mid-century tiles accentuate this warm area. There is direct access to the pool and the garage.
THE PATIO & OUTDOORS
The Patio can be accessed through the Den/ Family room, Twin Bedroom and main Living Room. Immediatley you will love the resort-style heated pool with Tritan stone statue. Covered patio has bench seating with additional chairs and BBQ gas grill. **Pool heating is an additional daily charge.
The massive garage can fit 2 cars, it has another working double door stainless steel fridge. It houses a laundry area with washer/ dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum and all the cleaning products and detergents you need. There is also a small bathroom.
There is ample parking around the back of the property by the garage.
Guests have access to the entire property.
With views of the Intercoastal as you step off the driveway, this home is located in the perfect neighborhood. -ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 30y/o to be able to book the property.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners are provided with gloves, masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
- Face masks are required in Florida in public spaces as well as remaining 6ft. apart from others in public spaces.

We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:
1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.
2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.
3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.
4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use while staying in the homes.
5. We make sure guests have hand soaps in every bathroom.
6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.
7. Indoor trashcans are wiped down with disinfectant wipes/ spray

GUESTS, INVITEES, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY OF OR TO THE TENANT, TENANT’S FAMILY, GUESTS, INVITEES, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON ENTERING THE PREMISES OR ANY BUILDING THAT IS A PART OR LIES UPON THE PREMISES, OR TO GOODS OR EQUIPMENT, OR IN THE STRUCTURE OR EQUIPMENT OF THE STRUCTURE OF WHICH THE PREMISES ARE A PART. TENANT HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD LANDLORD HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR ASSERTIONS OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE INCURRED BY TENANT, TENANT’S FAMILY, GUESTS, INVITEES, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE SPECIFICALLY FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR ASSERTIONS OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TENANT
ATTRIBUTES TO ANY ABSENCE OR FAILURE OF FENCING THAT MAY BE ON OR
SURROUNDING THE PREMISES AND/OR ANY STEPS ON PREMISES AND/OR IN ANY BUILDING ON THE PREMISES WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TENANT HEREBY INDEMNIFIES LANDLORD FOR ANY LIABILITY INCURRED BY TENANT, TENANT’S FAMILY, GUESTS, INVITEES AND ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SWIMMING POOL OR ANY WATER RELATED INJURIES OR DEATHS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THERE ARE ANY CHILD FENCES ERECTED AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL.
