Beach-themed framed prints surround the walls. Two armchairs and a gorgeous glass console table can also be used as a workspace. Plenty of closet space and a Samsung smart HDTV The TV has live streaming channels, and guests may log into their personal streaming apps.  The guest house has WIFI.
 
THE OUTDOORS
Truly an oasis! The pool is breathtaking, especially at night with the color-changing pool lights. There are loungers, an umbrella along the pool, and a built-in umbrella on the first step of the pool for extra shade. A covered patio with a round outdoor dining table for 4, a Weber propane gas grill, and two armchairs to sit back and take in the romantic Floridian atmosphere. You will love the careful landscaping around the pool area. Take a refreshing shower under the outdoor shower to the side of the pool house.
EXTRAS
We have two adult bikes with helmets and bike locks, beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella for guests to enjoy!
 
PARKING
There is parking for two cars in the driveway and one in the garage with the entrance around the back street of the home. There is also street parking available.
 
LAUNDRY AREA & SUPPLIES
The laundry room is just off the kitchen area. There is a new large capacity washer and dryer and all the soaps and detergents you need. Tropical-themed pool towels are provided. We also provide cleaning items, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioners. 
 
PETS
Up to one dog is allowed with restrictions. It must be under 20lb; no cats are allowed. Guests must pick up after their pet/s and place waste in the outdoor garbage bins. There is a non-refundable pet fee. Pets should not be left alone in the house or outside overnight. Please, if possible, keep pets off the furniture.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
