There is a queen bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Washer & Dryer. The very large yard has outdoor seating and a BBQ Grille. This home is 8 minutes to Palm Beach Island, Downtown & Beaches.

The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with closet space, Smart App TV and direct views of the large yard.
The 3rd Bedroom has a 2 lovely Twin sized beds with hues of mints & florals. The room has a closet, Smart App TV and windows to bring in natural light.
1 Master en-suite Bathroom with glistening white fixtures, stylish Shower and upgraded vanity.
2nd Bathroom with step in rain shower & tasteful finishes. Gorgeous new remodeled bathroom shared between bedroooms 2 and 3.
THE LIVING ROOM
The charming house features a comfortable Living room area with an off-white sofa splashes of green and beige throw pillows and decor and large Smart App TV and tasteful glass coffee table. The one Soof is a Queen pull out sofa to accommodate a further 2 guests.
Gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brand new double door refridgerator and pristine white marble counter tops & two mint green bar stools. You can cook up a storm while your family can watch the "Masterchef" at work with the open plan kitchen right off the living room.
THE DINING AREA
Enjoy the intamate white table and 4 dining chairs with accents of greens aside the kitchen.
Professionally landscaped and with a privacy fencing, the outside is a tropical oasis. **HOT TUB!
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and street parking available.
The home is nestled in a quite neighborhood, 2 blocks down to the intercoastal waterway. A 10 minute drive to the Palm Beach beaches, Worth Avenue shopping & dining and the fun West Palm Beach Downtown Rosemary Square.
Guests have access to the entire home.
We will not be there in person but we are available 24/7 to answer any questions or help in anyway.
The neighborhood is safe and in a great area close to everything. The house is located 2 blocks from the intercoastal and minutes to the bridge to Palm Beach Island, the beaches and best shopping experience on Worth Avenue.
We recommend having a car or you can use services like Uber or Lyft to get around.
** UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK. 25 YRS & OLDER TO BOOK.
ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.
Things to note:
1. It's Florida, which means that from time to time you might be bothered by insects....bring mosquito repellent.
3. The driveway may be used for parking, 2 cars maximum with street parking.
4. Grill: If you plan to use the grill, you are responsible for filling the gas tank and cleaning it with grill brush following .
5. No glass in the hot tub.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners are provided with gloves, masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
- Face masks are required in Florida in public spaces as well as remaining 6ft. apart from others in public spaces.

We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:
1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.
2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.
3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.
4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use while staying in the homes.
5. We make sure guests have hand soaps in every bathroom.
6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.
7. Indoor trashcans are wiped down with disinfectant wipes/ sprays.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
