THE MAIN HOUSE
Master Bedroom with King Bed, Desk and chair, Smart Fire Stick App TV & En-suite bathroom with a unique freestanding black tub, shower, stunning wallpaper and red designer light fixture.
2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with closet space and larger Smart App TV. Gorgeous Blues and White designs in the room.
3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed with direct entrance to the magnificent pool!
1 Master en-suite Bathroom with black deep bath, large shower, gorgeous vanity and black and white floral wallpaper and red designer light fixture.
2nd Bathroom shared between bedroom 2 and 3 has a luxurious shower, large round mirror and tastefully decorated in grays.
The Main house features a comfortable Living room area with off-white sofas that convert into a queen sofa bed, with decorative fireplace and large Smart App TV.
Just off the Living Room you will find the bright and inviting Den with two tasteful armchairs, long seated bench and large windows out to the front of the home. place some chess or enjoy the sunny warm over cocktails.
Industrial-style Art Deco kitchen with unique flooring and black counter tops is a cooks dream! Large stainless steel Refrigerator/Freezer, gorgeous oven and stove and large counter space with two stools.
Enjoy the soft warms rays of sun coming into the classic style wooden table with 4 high backed dining chairs, unique lighting and huge Palm Tree glass framed picture on the wall.
THE POOL HOUSE
For those who want total privacy is the lovely Pool House overlooking the pool area. The pool house has a Queen sized bed, private en-suite Bathroom and huge closet. The room has a Smart Fire Stick TV and panoramic views of the pool deck.
Professionally landscaped and privacy hedge provides a tropical oasis. There is a large BBQ grill as well as outdoor lounging and dining under an umbrella. The resort-style black floored pool with water fountain is shared between the main house and Pool House. Surrounded by the palms, this home is truly a tropical oasis. The front yard is large enough for the kids to play, there is parking for 3 cars, one under carport and street parking.
Guests have access to the entire property, the outside pool deck and the Pool House
We won't be there in person but available 24/7 if you need anything!
The home is nestled in a quite neighborhood, but close and convenient to the intercoastal, beaches, shopping, dining and nightlife. The house is south of Southern Blvd and east of Olive Avenue.
UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 23y/o to be able to book the property.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners are provided with gloves, masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
- Face masks are required in Florida in public spaces as well as remaining 6ft. apart from others in public spaces.

We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:
1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.
2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.
3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.
4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use while staying in the homes.
5. We make sure guests have hand soaps in every bathroom.
6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.
7. Indoor trashcans are wiped down with disinfectant wipes/ sprays.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
