The second bedroom has wall to wall windows for a gorgeous water view. The living room has a large flat screen TV with cable and the home is equipped with wifi.

The spacious chef's kitchen features an entertaining island and custom new fixtures and stainless steel appliances. Spacious living areas provide unfettered comforts, room, and privacy for a group or family of up to eight.

The dock is able to accommodate a boat 45 feet and smaller as well as jet skis, with a secured jet ski dock.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
