Guests have access to the entire home as well as the fenced in backyard. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home includes a great private backyard with a wonderful salted heated pool with color changing lights, and Jacuzzi!

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
 
-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.
 
- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.
 
-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.
 
- The house is not pet friendly.
