With three bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers a king and the third a queen. These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Beautyrest Black Hybrid mattresses are featured.

The living area features a 65” flat-screen TV, nap worthy sofa and comfy arm chairs and windows that fill the space with natural light.

A fully stocked kitchen awaits and is equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a Ninja DualBrew coffee system and the double door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. The dining area features a 6 person dining table-perfect for your group feasts.

The sitting room with decorative fireplace leads to the screened in swimming pool and deck with a Cuisinart outdoor griddle-perfect for post beach burgers!

During your visit, please feel free to enjoy the board games, yard games, books, etc. and of course the sunny backyard!

For those seeking sun and sand, you'll be delighted to know that the beach is just a mile away. Spend your days basking in the warm Florida sun, strolling along the pristine shoreline, or taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters. UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 27y/o to be able to book the property.

Check in is at 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Evidence of pets will lead to a fine, and or further cleaning fees. Thank you for your co-operation!

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
