The home is nestled in a quiet residential area only 1.5 miles to the golden beaches that stretch for miles. The home is 1 mile to US 1, home to great restaurants & Publix/ Aldi's grocery stores. Just 4 minutes to Pompano Beach Community City park with sports fields, an outdoor pool, an open-air amphitheater, a playground & BBQ grills. The Pompano Beach dog park is a 3 minute drive as is Laundry World. Shopping, movie theaters and restaurants are only two miles north on US 1. Located just 3 minutes from E. Atlantic Blvd full of stores, restaurants & a Brewery. Everything you need to make your South Florida vacation complete is within a few miles!

Everything you need is within walking distance (0.5 - 1.5miles away from the home). If you are going to stay in the vicinity you may not need a car and can use services like Lyft or Uber to get around. If you wish to venture out of Pompano Beach we recommend having a car.

Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.

Must be 25 y/o or older to book.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

NO EVENTS: This includes any bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, holiday, engagement parties, or any work meetings.

For the pool to be heated/ cooled we require at least a 24 hour notice ahead of time.

PETS:

Max 2 dogs allowed, No cats. Please pick up after you pets and dispose in sealed bags in the outside trash bins and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced. We charge a non-refundable pet fee (based on breed & size of pets). Should there be any damages caused by your pet which exceeds the pet fee, you may be charged additional.

*Please note it is Florida and with the warmer wet climate there are mosquitos and sometime bugs that may come in or around the home. We do have a pest control service the property monthly but please take precautions and use bug repellent.

There is an additional cost of $40/day for pool heating. Please let us know prior to your arrival (at last 24hrs) if you would like the pool heated or cooled during your stay.

CHILD PROOFING:

Please note that guests understands that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/ infants we allow on the property.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm and we ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10pm be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside. Thanks for understanding!

**COVID SAFETY**

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:

-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.

-Cleaners are provided with gloves, masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.

****IF YOU HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 OR EXPERIENCED SYMPTOMS PLEASE CONTACT US FOR CANCELLATION OPTIONS. THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND STAFF IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE.

We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:

1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.

2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.

3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.

4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use while staying in the homes.

5. We make sure guests have hand soaps in every bathroom.

6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.

7. Indoor trashcans are wiped down with disinfectant wipes/ sprays.

Perfect for kids, family life so much easier, kitchen is very well equipped, cleaning supplies and other things like you have your own house close to the beach. Perfect place!! This place worked great for our family of 5 with school age kids. The pool and backyard were a highlight. It felt secluded and private and big enough to enjoy. Note — the pool does get a bit deep if you have kids. Our 7yo could only touch in about a third of the pool and our 11yo in 2/3rds. The house was very well stocked in terms of the kitchen as well as bedding, towels and beach chairs. Location was great for easily accessing the beach (just a short drive) and parking at the beach was very reasonable. I did a Publix instacart order prior to arriving which was only 2min away and it made the start of the week smooth and easy.

The host was a great host and even came over to warm up the pool a little bit for my kids (we came during a cold front in Florida). The house was exactly as described and in a good location. Stay here! It’s a beautiful home, well decorated, even better in person than the photos, relaxing outdoor space, and cozy beds! The house is quiet and peaceful, and was the perfect weekend getaway for my family. It’s a quick drive to the beach and restaurants, and the kitchen is fully stocked (even a complementary bottle of cold Prosecco waiting for us) with all you need. We had an absolutely wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again! Plus the communication was immediate and check-in was seamless.

This place is great! Beautiful back yard with a wonderful atmosphere. Its so close to other houses yet feels secluded with all the plants around. There were plenty of beach towels and toys for the pool. The host was extremely responsive to all inquires as well. All in all a great stay!
